Drs. Peters met and got married during dental school. They've been personal and professional partners ever since working together as a husband/wife team. Dr. Liz White
Dr. Liz White received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Albion College before completing her Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2012. Dr. Liz then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dr. Liz is a member of the West Michigan District Dental Society, the Michigan Dental Association, the American Dental Association, as well as the Chicago Dental Society.

Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic during her residency enabled Dr. Liz to succeed and be a valuable asset to treating patients at the University of Nebraska Medical Center as well as at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Omaha. The residency program provided Dr. Liz with an invaluable education that has trained her to deliver comprehensive dental care with full consideration of the patient's dental and medical needs.

After finishing her residency program, Dr. Liz decided to move back home to Michigan and she chose to settle on the wonderful West side of our state. Says Dr. Liz: "I could not be happier with my career choice thus far. Every day is different and challenging, which makes it fun for me to go to work and interact with patients." Outside of dentistry, Dr. Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, being by the Lake in the summer, and skiing in the winter. She is a big fan of all Detroit sports teams. Dr. Liz is also very athletic and was a state champion doubles tennis player while in high school. Peters Family Dentistry was thrilled to have Dr. Liz join the team in 2013.

Dr. Liz recently completed the Michigan Dental Association Leadership Exploration and Development Program (LEAD Program) and is serving the profession as a member of the MDA Committee on Membership.
